A FREE family friendly concert will take place at Paxton House on Sunday 7 May at 3pm.
The vibrant and versatile Campus Trio, consisting of Live Music Now Scotland (LMNS) artists saxophonists John-Anthony Craig and Richard Scholfield, and pianist Maria Urian will entertain the audience.

Featuring Erin Thomson’s intriguingly titled ‘The Graceful Art of Walking on Stilts’ (LMNS commission) and a lively set of music by Piazzolla and others, the trio are a fresh and innovative take on the traditional piano trio.

Bringing the vibrancy and versatility of the saxophone to a traditional chamber music setting, they pair any combination of soprano, alto, tenor and baritone saxophones.

This allows the trio to create varied and dynamic performances, with a hugely diverse repertoire.
