A SELKIRK man who uttered sexual remarks towards a woman and a 13-year-old girl has been given a drug treatment and testing order for the next two years.
Thirty-three-year-old Andrew Stewart of Ettrick Terrace, was convicted of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner in South Port, Selkirk, on October 4, 2020.
He was shouting and swearing, acting in an aggressive manner and placed his head through an open window and directed the sexual remarks towards the two females.
At Jedburgh Sheriff Court, Stewart was also given supervision for two years and ordered to pay a total of £400 compensation to the woman and also the 13-year-old girl.
