BORDERERS looking for sunshine holidays in 2024 will now have additional destination choices from nearby airports.
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have announced a major expansion to their Summer 24 programme after putting extra flights and holidays on sale to a number sunshine destinations from across their UK bases for Spring and Easter.
This includes additional flights from Edinburgh, Newcastle and Glasgow Airports.

With more holidaymakers looking to book or travel earlier in the summer season, the new flights have been added in March, April and May 2024 and are timed perfectly for the Easter holidays and Spring.
The additional flights and holidays on sale per base include:
Edinburgh Airport – Summer 24 expansion to seven destinations. This includes extra services to Dubrovnik in April, Ibiza, Reus, and Palma (Majorca) in March and April and Rhodes, Naples and Gran Canaria in April.

Newcastle International Airport – additional services to seven destinations. New services to Izmir and Girona from the beginning of April means an extended summer season to these two hotspots. Additional services added to Reus in April and May, Dubrovnik in May, Ibiza in March and Rhodes and Tenerife in April too.
Glasgow Airport – Summer 24 programme expanded to five destinations, including extended summer season to Izmir, with flights now available from the beginning of April. Additional services to Ibiza in March, Reus and Bodrum in April and Rhodes in April and May.
