BORDERS Hearing Care in Galashiels has been recognised as a Centre of Excellence by the Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals (AIHHP).
AIHHP is a professional association dedicated to promoting excellence within the UK Hearing Care profession.

Centres of Excellence must meet strict criteria in terms of equipment and service levels.
Shona Jackson and Andrew Quinn opened their state of the art clinic last month at 52 Channel Street and submitted their AIHHP special membership application at a meeting of the organisation in Warwickshire on June 23rd and 24th.

The AIHHP Council were happy to approve Borders Hearing Care as a Centre of Excellence, as it fully meets their criteria as a fully independent hearing healthcare provider with excellent service and equipment levels.
Andrew and Shona were delighted to have received this endorsement, and consider it a real feather in the cap of Borders Hearing Care to have been recognised as a Centre of Excellence so soon.

Shona who has been the AIHHP’s Secretary for over 10 years said: “AIHHP members provide a range of higher quality services relating to hearing than would normally be found on the high street, including hearing assessments, hearing aid provision, hearing protection and other specialised services such as tinnitus management.”
