The town attracts a steady staycation trade, with various caravan sites and B&B’s bringing high footfall into the area, particularly during the summer months.
The family-friendly amusement arcade enjoys stunning views over the harbour and beachfront and features a range of activity areas, including a gaming centre with an adults-only area, a mini bowling alley and a café area that provides food, drinks and Italian ice cream.
The current owner is selling to focus on their other business interests.

He said: “The sale is something we have been contemplating for a few years and we feel that the time is now right to sell.
“We decided to use Christie & Co to market the business after they were recommended to us by family who had used them previously, and by also doing our own research.”
Mark Lavery, Associate Director at Christie & Co who is handling the sale, comments, “This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a fully operational amusement arcade with high profit margins, in a popular tourist destination.
“The business is unopposed and located in an area which benefits from both Scottish and English school holiday seasons, increasing trade in the peak tourist summer months. With the relevant local authority approval, there is also scope to repurpose the property’s additional self-contained space into a residential flat on-site.”
Beachcomber Amusement Centre is on the market for offers of £925,000.
