POLICE in the Scottish Borders have arrested and charged an 82-year-old man in connection with a fatal crash which took place on the A7 between Galashiels and Selkirk at the junction of the B7060 last year.
The crash took place around 3.25pm on Saturday November 26 2022.

A 90-year-old man and a 79-year-old woman died in the collision.
Officers say that a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
