IF YOU are heading along to the Maroon'd@Gala festival at Netherdale today, check out local artist Rob Black’s exhibition.
The 85-year-old former painter and decorator, sign-writer and artist's entire collection, painted over 50 years includes landscapes, portraits and many well-known events.

And today Rob is selling his wonderful paintings to raise funds for Gala Rugby Club.
In his youth, Rob started off as a forward before moving to the wing for Gala Wanderers and he wants all the money raised to go Gala Rugby Club.
According to BBC Weather, there could be showers up until 1pm but it should be dry for the rest of the day.

Note: The Netherdale car park is full with motorists being diverted to nearly roads to park.
