A MALE driver has been issued with a fixed penalty notice following a one vehicle crash on the A72 this morning Tuesday August 29.
Police were called to the scene near Blyth Bridge shortly before 9am.

There were no reported injuries and the vehicle was recovered.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 8.50am on Tuesday, 29 August, to a report of a one car crash on the A72 near Blyth Bridge, Peebles.

“The vehicle was recovered and the driver, a man, was issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice.”
