POLICE in the Scottish Borders are appealing for assistance tracing Norman Stewart (85yrs), who has been reported missing from Yarrow Terrace, Hawick.
Norman was last spoken to about 4pm on Thursday September 21 2023, when he was at home.

His current whereabouts are unknown, and his family are becoming increasingly concerned for him.
Norman is described as being 5’8” in height, medium to large build with short dark hair. He has short dark grey hair, a stubble beard and a moustache.

Usually wears glasses and has a broad Borders accent.
He usually walks with a stick but is not believed to have this with him now.
Inspector Telford from Peebles Police Station said: "Norman has been missing for several hours now; this is entirely out of character for him, and his family are understandably worried about him.
We have several police resources out looking for Norman. "
