A VAN driver who caused vehicles to collide with each other due to the manner of his driving has had his licence endorsed with six penalty points at Selkirk Sheriff Court.
Thirty-nine-year-old Thomas McQue from Falkirk pleaded guilty to careless driving on the A7 at Fountainhall on March 30 last year.
He was also fined £250 with a £20 victim surcharge.
