MOTORISTS in the Borders are advised that a busy road is set to close overnight tonight Tuesday September 26 to facilitate necessary lining works.
The A7 will close between the Kingsknowes Roundabout on the outskirts of Galashiels and Selkirk.

The road will close at 7.30pm and reopen at 6am tomorrow Wednesday September 27.

Diversion signs will be in place to assist drivers.
Road users are to leave the A7 at Kingsknowes Roundabout and follow the A6091, A68 and A699 to Selkirk.
