A YOUNG property developer is celebrating his newest venture by offering to sell homes for less than £100.

Matt Morrison, of Matt Morrison Property Group based on Market Street, Galashiels, has been working in the property industry since he was 19 years old, and moved his business from South Gyle, Edinburgh, to Galashiels earlier this year.

With four years of experience, Matt's business has been involved with more than 150 property transactions across Scotland.

He said: "Our typical model is buying well, adding value through refurbishment and then selling on the open sales market.

"I also work extensively for one-to-one clients looking to buy investment property, we source them a property, usually at discount, project manage any refurbishment works then help them onboard to good competent management agents.”

He added: "I really enjoy what we do, and I think that comes through with the work we do for clients – we are five-star rated on the Facebook rating system.

"I am looking forward to growing the business further in to the Borders and beyond.”

This summer the company launched its in-house estate agency arm which focuses on properties in the Borders and across the Lothians.

Matt said: "The catalyst for the agency was brought about due to passing a good amount of work to other agencies, I figured we could do it better, or at least retain more control over the off market stock we get in.

"It also means we can sell our own development projects and not rely on other businesses.”

In celebration of this expansion the 23-year-old has a limited time offer for a small number of sellers.
