THE Met Office has updated an existing yellow weather warning for rain with the warning area now including much of the Scottish Borders.
The warning is now in place from midnight on Friday night/Saturday morning to 6am on Sunday.

It covers large part of the region, including Kelso, Duns, Jedburgh, Peebles, Selkirk and Galashiels.
Heavy and persistent rain is expected, with potential for upwards of 50mm between Friday evening and Sunday morning.
