DRIVERS using the A68 road can expect some delays this week with five separate sets of temporary traffic lights in operation.
On Monday October 16 there will temporary traffic lights on the road, south of Jedburgh (C31 Falside to C35 Chesters) to facilitate Third Party Works.
These lights are scheduled to be in place for almost 10-weeks until December 22.

Lights will also be in operation on the A68 in Pathhead (Whippielaw E F/Way to B6367 Preston Rd), from 9.30am to 3.30pm to facilitate Gully/Ironwork repairs. That work is scheduled for one day only.
Lights will also be deployed at the junction with the B6457 Watergate Road in Fala village, also for Gully/ironwork repairs.

That work is scheduled to take place between 9.30am and 3.30pm on both Monday October 16 and Tuesday October 17.
Other lights will be deployed in Lauder (between 7.30pm on Wednesday October 17 and 6am on Thursday October 18 for resurfacing work.

Lights will also operate on the A68 (Inchbonny Bridge to Junction Pleasants) between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Wednesday October 18, Thursday October 19 and Friday October 20 to facilitate drainage work.
