THREE sets of temporary traffic lights will be deployed on the A68 tonight Friday October 27 to facilitate carriageway patching work.

The lights will be situated south of the B6360 Gattonside turn off, between the Oxton junctions C83 and C84, south of Soutra Hill, and near to the junction with the B6458 Saughland Road at Fala.

The work at all three locations will start at 7.30pm and continue throughout the night to 6am on Saturday October 28.
Drivers heading in both directions are advised to allow extra time for their journey.
