CULLEN Kilshaw LLP Solicitors and Estate Agents has announced an imminent assimilation with JD Clark & Allan, a long-established and highly regarded legal firm based in Duns in the Scottish Borders.

The assimilation, which will take effect from December 1 2023, will bring together two firms with complementary areas of expertise and a shared commitment to providing outstanding legal and estate agency services to their clients.

The combined firm will continue to trade under the name of Cullen Kilshaw LLP.
