BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Hawick man who admitted assaulting two family members.
Forty-three-year-old Bruce Turnbull also pleaded guilty to shouting and swearing, acting in an aggressive manner, making threats of violence, refusing to leave the premises and challenging others to fight.
This happened at a house in Tweedbank on November 18.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until April 2 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
