THE world's spookiest and kookiest family is coming to the Borders next month.
The Addams Family will take to Innerleithen's Memorial Hall stage as Innerleithen and District Amateur Operatic Society's (IDAOS) spring production.
Star of the show, Wednesday Addams, now all grown up, gives her unusual family the shock of a lifetime.
After falling in love with a sweet young man from a respectable family, her father Gomez is forced to keep a secret from his wife Morticia.
An IDAOS spokesperson said: "Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents!
"Come join the Family as Innerleithen and District Amateur Operatic Society present this award-winning show in the Memorial Hall from March 25-30, nightly at 7.30pm (Saturday Matinee, 2.15pm).
"A perfect night out for your family in the kooky, upside down world of The Addams Family!"
Tickets for The Addams Family will be on sale this weekend at the IDAOS coffee morning at the Memorial Hall (Saturday, February 24), and again on Saturday, March 2 at the Burgh Hall in Peebles from 10am to 12pm.
Tickets will also be available to buy online at www.idaos.org.uk from Monday, February 26.
