A BUSINESSMAN who left a trail of debt and stalked two former share-holders of his company has been fined £2,000 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Martin Frost, who now lives in Scarborough, was behind a failed scheme at two Berwickshire farms that attempted to turn cow dung into fuel.
Following a five-day trial, the 75-year-old was found guilty of stalking two women and causing them fear and alarm.
He was also found guilty of threatening behaviour towards a male share-holder.
Frost has also been made subject of two non-harassment orders.
