Police descend on Borders town following 'concern for person' report (Image: Police Scotland)
EMERGENCY services are in Peebles this morning following reports of concern for a person in the town.
Kingsmeadows Road was closed and police were at the scene near Victoria Park.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of concern for a person near to Victoria Park in Peebles shortly after 5.40am on Wednesday, March 20.
"Enquiries are currently ongoing at the scene."
