A PUPPY has gone missing following a road collision in the Borders over the Easter weekend.
Lady, a five-month-old black Staffie (Staffordshire Bull Terrier), went missing yesterday (Sunday, March 31) following a collision on the B6461 between Fishwick and the Chain Bridge Honey Farm.
The puppy, who is said to be microchipped and believed to have had her lead on her at the time she ran away from the collision, was seen heading towards Paxton.
Sharing to social media, Galedin Veterinary said: "Following a car accident on the corner of the Chainbridge Honey Farm and Fishwick - A 5-month-old Black Staffie has escaped from the collision and was last seen heading toward Paxton.
"Unknown if injured but will be very frightened.
"Is reported to still have the lead attached."
