A FIVE-MONTH-OLD puppy which went missing on Easter Sunday near Paxton has been reunited with her family.
Lady, a black Staffie puppy, was seen running away after a road collision near Fishwick on Sunday, March 31.
The Facebook page 'Finding Lady' reported yesterday (April 2) that Lady had been reunited with her owner Kaycee.
Sharing to the page, Kaycee and Lady's family said: "Than you so much to every single person who shared, came out and gave advice it has been amazing to see everyone pull together and help out we couldn’t have done it without everyone.
"Thank you from the bottom of our hearts we will forever be grateful."
The family also praised the Borders' community spirit.
They added: "Just makes you realise how lucky we are to be in an area where community is still a thing.
"Thank you all."
