BORDERER Chloe Rollie will miss Scotland’s final Six Nations game after receiving a three-week suspension for her red card against Italy.
Rollie was sent off in the dying embers in Parma as the Scots claimed victory in Italy for the first time this century.
The 28-year-old had originally been shown a yellow card for a dangerous clear-out but it was upgraded to red.
The Borderer appeared before an independent disciplinary committee via video link earlier this week.
The committee determined that the low-end entry point of six weeks was appropriate with the full 50 per cent mitigation applied, based on exemplary record, good conduct and having shown immediate remorse, reducing the sanction to three weeks.
Rollie will miss Scotland’s trip to Ireland on Saturday (April 27), as well as Loughborough Lightning’s games against Gloucester-Hartpury and Harlequins.
