A 39-YEAR-OLD who was abusive to his partner has been ordered to carry out 135 hours of unpaid work at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Stuart Ogilvie pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at houses in Ruberslaw Road and Chay Blyth Place, both Hawick, between April 3 and 8.
He was also given a community payback order involving supervision for two years and told to attend the Caledonian Men's Programme.
