While Scotland has already had one bank holiday weekend this May, many have been left wondering if there will be another very soon.
There are dozens of bank holiday dates throughout the year with Scots getting the likes of Christmas, Good Friday and January 2 off work.
If you're hoping for an extra day off this month, here is everything you need to know about the long weekend.
Will Scotland have another bank holiday weekend this May?
Scotland will have another bank holiday weekend this month on Monday, May 27.
This forms part of the spring bank holiday which is given to workers across the country annually.
This means that those not assigned to weekend shifts will have three days off, providing a much-needed break.
This holiday is the same in England and Wales where millions across the two nations prepare for the school half term.
