BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Galashiels woman who admitted assaulting her mother during an incident at a house in Balmoral Avenue on January 1.
Twenty-three-year-old Stephanie Cockburn, of Balmoral Avenue, also pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner between December 1 and December 28 by acting in an aggressive manner, uttering derogatory remarks and making threats of violence and threats to kill.
The case will be recalled at Selkirk Sheriff Court on June 24.
