Selkirk Sheriff Court
TWENTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD Marcus Balarsky pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner in Wood Street, Galashiels, on May 17 and in a police vehicle en-route to Hawick Police Station.
He admitted shouting and swearing and uttering threats of violence towards police officers.
Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until July 8 for background reports.
