A COLDSTREAM man plagued his former partner with phone calls after she broke off their relationship, Jedburgh Sheriff Court has been told.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jacob Swan contacted the woman 48 times using his mobile phone and also from another device between February 4 and 17.
India McLean, prosecuting, said she blocked him but Swan kept messaging her.
He was put on supervision for nine months as part of a Community Payback Order and told to carry out 60 hours unpaid work.
A Non-Harassment Order preventing Swan from having any contact with the woman was also imposed for the next 12 months.
