FIFTY-FOUR-YEAR-OLD John Burke, from High Street, Jedburgh, has been fined £180 at the town’s sheriff court after a disturbance involving his partner on January 8.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour.
A £10 victim surcharge was also imposed.
