TRNSMT is back for 2024, seeing huge names in music descend on Glasgow for another long weekend this July.
Viewed by many as the successor to T In The Park, the music festival is an event looked forward to by revellers across the country.
If you're planning a big outing to Glasgow Green this year, here is everything you need to know about the festival.
When will TRNSMT 2024 take place?
TRNSMT 2024 will take place between Friday, July 12 and Sunday, July 14.
Are there still tickets for TRNSMT 2024?
Tickets for the festival are still available (with the exception of Saturday) on the TRNSMT website but those wishing to attend should act fast as these could be snapped up quickly in the coming days. Ticket prices range from £105 to £275 per person.
Can I take my child to TRNSMT?
Organisers state that no under-16s are allowed to attend the event, meaning parents looking to take their children along will be unable to do so.
Can I take alcohol into TRSNMT and what are the banned items?
No food and drink from outside can be brought into the festival with those looking to grab a pint able to do so at one of the many vendors available at Glasgow Green.
The following items are banned from TRNSMT:
- Single-use disposable vapes
- Bags or rucksacks bigger than A4 paper
- Glass (including perfumes)
- Metal or hard plastic bottles
- Food or drink/liquids (even if unopened)
- Drugs
- Flares
- Smoke canisters
- Flags
- Chairs
- Professional cameras
- Selfie sticks
- Umbrellas
- Weapons
- Fisbees/boomerangs
- Hi-vis tabards or jackets
