BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a 46-year-old man who admitted three offences.
Christopher Garrard pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of his Sexual Offences Prevention Order by failing to make a device capable of accessing the internet available to police and also failing to notify police of a change of address.
Garrard also pleaded guilty to possession of indecent images of children at a house in Witchwood Crescent, Peebles, in February.
Sentence was deferred until next month and he was remanded in custody.
