A 28-YEAR-OLD man who admitted two charges involving indecent images of children has narrowly avoided a prison sentence at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Daniel Purvis pleaded guilty to possession of the pornographic images of youngsters as well as taking or permitting to be taken indecent photographs of children.
The offences happened at a house in Orchard Park, Kelso, between February 2020 and February 2021.
