He pleaded guilty to a charge of voyeurism
A 61-YEAR-OLD man installed a camera in a female changing area at a farm so he could observe an employee undressing for the purpose of a shower.
Raymond Hay, of Weirgate Way, St Boswells, pleaded guilty at Jedburgh Sheriff Court to a charge of voyeurism which happened at a farm near Kelso on September 28, 2022.
Hay had sentence deferred until September 9 for the production of background reports.
He was also made subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act.
