A 55-YEAR-OLD woman damaged a man’s car after he broke off their relationship.
Kirsti Avril pleaded guilty to the vandalism by scratching the car’s paintwork with a sharp item outside his home in High Street, Ayton, on June 7.
Avril, of Berwick-upon-Tweed, was fined £300 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court with a £20 victim surcharge.
A non-harassment order forbidding her to have any contact with the man for 12 months was also imposed.
