SENIOR dancers from a Peebles-based school wowed the audience at a sell-out show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Performed by members of Fiona Henderson School of Dance, it featured performances in contemporary, ballet, tap, Highland, theatre jazz, commercial, pure jazz and lyrical.
The 18 dancers only started preparing for the show last Monday as part of their week-long ‘Summer Intensive Programme’ which made the sheer professional standard of their show performance all the more remarkable.
The youngsters taking part were Caitlin Gray, Daisy Brown, Ella Scott-Bruce, Ellen Allan Lord, Emma Sharp, Erica Munnis, Grace Clark, Heather Whelan, Holly Fraser, Jess Mackenzie, Karyna Moryeva, Kirsty Collier, Lucy Watts, Leah McCann, Mollie Keay, Niamh Donnachie, Rebecca Spence and Rosie Spence.
