A PERSON was taken to hospital following a “one-vehicle crash” in Peebles.
The incident took place in the High Street area shortly before 9pm on Tuesday (September 3).
A spokesperson for the Scottish Ambulance Service said that a patient was transported to hospital.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.55pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, police received a report of a one-vehicle crash in the High Street area of Peebles.
“Emergency services attended and the road was cleared around 11.35pm.”
The ambulance service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 8.55pm on Tuesday to attend a road traffic collision in Peebles.
“We dispatched two ambulances to the scene with our first resource arriving within four minutes.
“We transported one patient to hospital.”
