The Innerleithen Open Studios Weekend will showcase new works from author and illustrator, Fiona Boyd.
The event will take place on September 28 and 29.
A first-time participant, Ms Boyd is excited to share her art.
She said: "I am very much looking forward to exhibiting a few of my artworks at the exhibition.
"This is the first time I have exhibited with Open Studios, and I am delighted to see so many artists being brought together to create and display their work."
In particular, her watercolour "Tawny Owl on Branch" will be included in the Tweed-themed group exhibition at Findra until October 26.
The piece was inspired by a tawny owl she spotted at Traquair House, beside the river Tweed.
For the event, Ms Boyd will also display her work in one of Lou Lou's Vintage Emporium's windows, including pieces "The Sound of Mull" and "African Elephants".
Both pieces carry significant meaning for her.
"The Sound of Mull" is a visual representation of her childhood summers spent on the Isle of Mull; the seascape featured overlooks the Sound of Mull to Eileen Annraidh (Island of Storms).
"African Elephants", a watercolour and ink piece, captures her time in South Africa, depicting a maternal elephant and her calves by a waterhole beneath broad blue skies.
These upcoming showcases offer a unique opportunity to explore her inspirations and enjoy her distinctive artistry up-close.
