A HAWICK man who admitted sending offensive messages will be sentenced later this month.
Twenty-two-year-old Kin McHugh pleaded guilty to the offence which happened at a house in Howdenbank, Hawick, on September 11.
He admitted making derogatory remarks and threats to damage property.
The case will recall at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on October 21 when he has another matter calling.
