A PUBLIC appeal has been issued after power tools were reportedly stolen in a Galashiels break-in.
“Various” tools were taken sometime between 9pm on Thursday (October 10) and 8am the following day from Overhaugh Street.
Detective Constable Liam Myers, of CID, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area and saw anything suspicious.
“I would appeal to motorists who were also in the area and have dash-cam footage to get in touch, you may have captured something that can assist our investigation.”
