PROPOSALS for a ‘dial-a-bus’ scheme for two services will be explained at a meeting in Skirling village hall.
The concept, which is more like a taxi service, has been suggested for the Borders Buses operated 91 service to Biggar and 93 to West Linton from Peebles.
Scottish Borders Council officials will attend the gathering on Tuesday (October 22) at 7pm, including principal transport officer Gordon Grant.
The existing contract runs until April next year but a solution for the future service is sought.
