A HAWICK man has been banned from the road for 12 months after failing to give a specimen of breath when suspected of drinking and driving.
Thirty-five-year-old Ryan Gillespie was also fined £200 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
He was fined an additional £200 for behaving in a threatening or abusive manner and another £100 for damaging a door.
A £20 victim surcharge was imposed.
