BACKGROUND reports have been ordered at Selkirk Sheriff Court into a 31-year-old man who admitted three assault to injury offences.
Jamie King pleaded guilty to assaulting two men to their injury in the Bridge Inn in Port Brae, Peebles, on April 5, by punching them to the head and face.
He also admitted assaulting his partner at a house in the Borders on June 1 and pinning her against a wall to her injury.
King, of James Hogg Court, Traquair Road, Innerleithen, had sentence deferred until November 25 for the production of a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Order assessment.
