A 43-YEAR-OLD man who breached bail orders has been jailed for four months at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
Nathan Noble admitted breaching an order to stay in his home address in Hawick between the hours of 7pm and 7am between July 23 and August 24 and to answer the door if police called.
He also admitted a similar offence on September 5.
Defence lawyer Liam Alexander said his client admitted disregarding the order on the second occasion by travelling down to Peterborough.
The court heard he was currently on remand for another matter.
Sheriff Peter Anderson said no decent explanation for breaching the orders had been provided and imposed the prison sentence.
