A 39-YEAR-OLD man appeared from custody at Selkirk Sheriff Court and admitted breaching the terms of a Non-Harassment Order.
Stuart Ogilvie – formerly of Galashiels and who gave an address in Jedburgh – pleaded guilty to being in contact with a woman who was the subject of a court order.
He was given a Community Pay Back Order and told to carry out 70 hours of unpaid work within a six months period.
