FORMER Livingston, Inverness Caley and Gretna player David Bingham has been appointed as assistant manager at Selkirk.
The 46-year-old left the manager's post at Whitehill welfare at the start of this week.
And he has agreed a season-long contract to work with Ian Fergus at Yarrow Park.
Bingham and Fergus previously coached together at Dunfermline Athletic.
Fergus told us: "I am absolutely delighted to be teaming up with David again.
"We worked well together the last time producing many good young players who went on to have successful professional careers.
"This is a great addition to the team at Selkirk."
During a successful playing career Bingham helped Inverness to the First Division title and also scored 30 goals as Gretna progressed through the leagues.
